His latest boldface conquest (since breaking up with Sheryl Crow and designer Tory Burch) may be Ashley Olsen—at least according to the Post and the Daily News. The two were reportedly sucking face at the the Rose Bar at the Gramercy Park Hotel Monday night.
"They came together with a group of friends. Ashley drank red wine, sat on his lap and they were making out all night. They left together around 2 a.m.," said a Page Six source.
In case you were wondering—and we were—Ashley's a tender 21, while Lance is a ripe old 36.

"Harry Potter" fans brace yourselves. The wizardry tales of "Beedle the Bard" -- mentioned in the final book "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" -- are handwritten and the illustrations are by J.K. Rowling herself. But here's the catch: Only seven of the books exist in the world!
"Six of these books have been given to those most closely connected to the 'Harry Potter' books during the past 17 years. This seventh book will be auctioned," Rowling explained in a recent BBC interview.
Harry Potter and his world of wizards, witches and warlocks has made Rowling a rich woman. The author has sold 350 million books and counting, been translated into 65 languages and had her work made into highly successful movies. But this time, Rowling told the BBC, the money will go to a charity in Europe close to her heart.
"I could not think of any person with less of a voice, more disenfranchised than a child with mental health issues or mental illness or mentally handicapped who has been taken from their family or given by their family to a mental institution and then placed in a cage," she said.
Rowling put pen to paper to say farewell to all things Harry Potter.
"I've been writing about the world, about Harry, Ron and Hermione, but it comes from that world. It's been partly, I didn't expect it to be, but it's been therapeutic in a way -- a nice way to say goodbye," she said.
What about those fans who won't get to enjoy the tales?
Fourteen-year-old Terrel Phelps is not too happy. "It's kind of depressing," he told ABC News, "because I know there's gonna be something in it that I really don't know yet I won't get to know, and that makes me upset."
Fourth-grader Alexis Harris from New York is more resigned. "I think it would be nice to read it but … what can you do?''
If you're thinking of bidding on the one book up for auction next month, the starting price is a mere $60,000.
But diehard "Potter" fans shouldn't be too disheartened -- Rowling owns the copyrights to her new fairy tales, and their mysteries may still one day be revealed.
And she is working on another story.
"There's a half-finished book for children, that will probably be the next thing I do, that I publish," she said. "But I am in no rush to publish at the moment."
Still, at least it's something to look forward to.

The release of Britney Spears and Kevin Federline’s financial details as part of their ongoing court battle has revealed just how the singer spends the millions she’s earned.
The new court documents have revealed some intimate details about the popstar and her ex-husband’s income and expenses.
According to the documents, Federline bagged more than a half million dollars in 2006, primarily from entertainment and endorsement deals. The documents have revealed that he earned 3,300 dollars in royalties in 2006 for his debut song "popozao."
However, excluding business expenses, he only grossed 7,436 dollars that year.
Spears’ monthly income is approximately 737,000 dollars. Like their incomes, the documents show how their spending habits also vary.
The ‘toxic’ singer spends 102,000 dollars on entertainment, gifts and vacation, 49,267 dollars on mortgage payments, 16,000 dollars on clothes, 4,758 dollars on eating out and 2,500 dollars on phone bills.
Federline’s expenses, on the other hand, include 5,000 dollars on entertainment, gifts and vacation, 7,500 dollars on rent, 2,000 dollars on clothes, 1,500 dollars on eating out and 750 dollars on phone bills.
Federline is entitled to receive 15,000 dollars a month in child support payments from spears. (the amount may change, depending on how much more custodial time he ends up getting.)
He is entitled to get the payments until the couple’s sons become adults, and since spears earns more.

A&E cable network has suspended production of its hit reality series "Dog the Bounty Hunter" after star Duane "Dog" Chapman repeatedly used a racial slur during a private phone conversation with his son that was recorded and posted online.
Chapman issued a statement Wednesday apologizing for the comments after the National Enquirer posted a clip of the conversation in which he uses a racial epithet six times in reference to his son's girlfriend.
"We take this matter very seriously," A&E spokesman Michael Feeney said in a statement Thursday. "Pending an investigation, we have suspended production on the series. When the inquiry is concluded, we will take appropriate action."
"There's no problem with how the tape was obtained and Dog has acknowledged its authenticity and admitted to using the racist language," said David Perel, the Enquirer's editor in chief.
Perel declined to comment on how the tape was obtained. He said that isn't an issue because all that matters is what's on the tape.
In a statement, the 54-year-old Chapman said: "I did not mean to add yet another slap in the face to an entire race of people who have brought so many gifts to this world. I am ashamed of myself and I pledge to do whatever I can to repair this damage I have caused.
"My sincerest, heartfelt apologies go out to every person I have offended for my regrettable use of very inappropriate language. I am deeply disappointed in myself for speaking out of anger to my son and using such a hateful term in a private phone conversation."
Chapman said the clip was taken out of context.
"I was disappointed in his choice of a friend, not due to her race, but her character," he said. "However, I should have never used that term."
Chapman's show was in its fifth season and is one of A&E's top-rated programs. The series follows Chapman and his tattooed crew as they track down bail jumpers in Hawaii and other states.

Blonde socialite Paris Hilton has been sued by a Californian woman named Nicolle O'Neill who claims that the heiress has 'stolen' her look.
O'Neill sees herself as an inspiration to the party-loving heiress, and has charged the Simple Life star of causing her "emotional distress" by ripping off her style.
She has allegedly indicted Paris of nabbing her looks and fashion tips relating to "patens" (sic) and "stiling"(sic).
The two-page text also accuses Hilton of ripping the idea of exposing her underwear under her trousers, reports Contactmusic.
O'Neill claims that Paris also swiped her idea to shop in vintage stores for retro dresses. Hilton has yet to issue a response to the allegations.

Sleepyhead Britney Spears insists she's not the bad mom a court-appointed child care expert paints her to be.
Awoken early Wednesday for a telephone interview with E! News' Ryan Seacrest, she complained about being portrayed as an uncaring, unfit momster.
"Oh, God, yeah!" she exclaimed when asked if she's doing right by little Jayden James, 1, and Sean Preston, 2.
"People say what they want and do what they do, and it's sad how people, how cruel our world can be," she said of the public criticism she's drawn.
"At the end of the day ... you've just got to know in your heart that you're doing the best you can," she said in what was her first interview in months. Spears was up late the night before celebrating the release of her new album.
"We watched movies ... had fried chicken," she said.

Lindsay Lohan's aides are going out of their way to make sure the actress/singer stays sober after spending much of the summer in rehab -- they've told staff at all her old hangouts not to let her drink alcohol.
The star found this out for herself when she reportedly tried to order vodka at Los Angeles' Viceroy hotel on October 19.
A staff member at the hotel reveals Lohan spent an hour sipping water, but felt the need for something stronger as her friends started to get tipsy.
A source tells Life & Style magazine, "She was fine at first, but it was obviously too soon for her to be around people who were drinking, because she later asked the server for a vodka.
"But her people had called ahead and servers were told not to give in no matter how often Lindsay asked for alcohol."
Despite denials about the incident from Lohan's publicist, a guest at the Viceroy, who overheard the exchange between the actress and a waitress, tells the publication, "I heard the waitress say that she was sorry but she wasn't allowed to serve her. Lindsay walked out soon after, looking embarrassed."

Fans of the "X-Files" will finally get to see FBI agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully back on the big screen five years after the cult horror television series ended, and a decade after the franchise's first movie earned $187 million at the box office worldwide.
"X-Files" creator Chris Carter has brought back the two stars of the show, David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson, to reprise their roles. The movie will begin filming in December in Vancouver.
The show became a hit for Fox from 1993-2002, but angered many fans when it's mythology - about a secret conspiracy between the government and invading aliens - became convoluted and unresolved.
"All Chris says is that he wants to make a really scary horror, like a stand-alone episode," Anderson, told Britain's Empire magazine regarding the upcoming movie. "I don't think they're interested in touching on any of the conspiracy stuff."

JK Rowling has completed her first book not to feature the teenaged wizard Harry Potter - but don't look for it on the best-seller chart.
The British author says only seven copies of The Tales of Beedle the Bard are being printed. One will be auctioned in December to raise money for a children's charity, while the others have been given away as gifts.
Rowling herself did the drawings for the collection of five magical fairy stories, along with writing the text by hand. In a statement, Rowling said "The Tales of Beedle the Bard is really a distillation of the themes found in the Harry Potter books, and writing it has been the most wonderful way to say goodbye to a world I have loved and lived in for 17 years."
Bound in brown morocco leather and mounted with silver and semiprecious stones, the book will be auctioned at Sotheby's on December 13. Starting price will be $62,000. Proceeds will go to The Children's Voice, a European children's charity.
Rowling's seven Harry Potter books have been translated into 64 languages, selling nearly 400 million copies. Tales of Beedle the Bard played a role in this year's final installment, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. As a gift left by headmaster Albus Dumbledore to Harry's friend Hermione, it provides clues which help destroy the evil Lord Voldemort.
In a BBC radio interview broadcast on November 1, Rowling said she was working on "a half-finished book for children that I think will be the next thing I publish."
On October 31, Rowling and the makers of the Harry Potter movies filed a lawsuit against RDR Books, a small U.S. publisher planning to bring out a companion volume based on the Harry Potter Lexicon fan Web site.
Rowling has said she plans to write her own encyclopedia of the wizarding world, and says the book would infringe on her intellectual property rights.

Jerry Seinfeld gives voice to Barry B. Benson, a young bee fresh out of college who decides he doesn't want to jump straight into the workforce like every bee in the generation before him. It's an attitude that nearly destroys not just bee civilization but the planet itself.
Ignoring the advice of his best friend, Adam Flayman (Matthew Broderick), Barry leaves the hive to explore New York. He ends up befriending Vanessa Blume (Renée Zellweger), a florist who psychotically believes the life of a bee is just as important as the life of her boyfriend, Larry (Patrick Warburton), who is deathly allergic to them.
Barry and Vanessa team up to sue the human race, on behalf of bees, to stop the harvest of honey. As it turns out, a world without the human consumption of honey is a terrible thing. With all the honey returned to the hives, the bees become just as lazy as Barry, while flowers and vegetation start dying without bee pollination.
Written by Seinfeld and some other TV writers, the movie often stops to accommodate banter and visual set pieces. Because these elements are never incorporated into what little there is of a plot, they end up making the slow-moving comedy feel even longer than it actually is.
The riskiest move Seinfeld made was to create an unlikable protagonist who is wrong every step of the way, but treat him like a hero. Meanwhile the human villains are treated as evil, yet they are the smartest and sanest characters in the story.
The moral of the story is that all bees need to work together, but that is undercut by the fact that Barry ends up working for himself, outside the hive, as a lawyer bringing other frivolous lawsuits from oppressed animals against the human race. Are you laughing yet?
