Former Spice Girl Melanie Brown and hubby Stephen Belafonte renewed their wedding vows in a "four-day extravaganza", which featured a swimming pool illuminated by disco lights, glitter confetti and belly dancers.

The couple renewed their wedding vows over the weekend at a plush Egyptian resort. The 33-year-old singer didn't have bridesmaids, however, children Phoenix, nine, 19-month Angel and Stephen's daughter Giselle, four, were the flower girls.

Mel B wore a white and pink silk taffeta dress, while producer hubby Belafonte wore a black Ralph Lauren suit. Although Scary Spice's bandmates didn't attend the wedding, but they indeed sent "messages of love and support".

"We're going to have a long beautiful, lovely marriage until we die," The Sun quoted Mel B as saying in a speech to friends and family. Talking about her producer hubby she told OK! Magazine, "Stephen's my best friend. He's hot and he rocks my world." "But most importantly he's someone I can talk to and we make every decision together," she added.

In an era of ego wars and break-ups, this couple seem to have a strong bonding. A fresh relief!!!

Spice Girl Mel auctions wardrobe

Spice Girl Melanie Brown is auctioning off the contents of her former home in the UK to raise money for charity.

Items on offer include a "Scary Spice" leopard print outfit, the coat used in the Stop video and five Roberto Cavalli outfits from the Spices' recent tour.

"I hope that people have fun bidding on a piece of me," said the singer, who is now based in Los Angeles.

Proceeds from the online auction, which runs until 26 October, will go to children's cancer charity Clic Sargent.

"As a mother, it was important to me to be a part of an organisation that provides clinical, emotional and financial support to children and young people with cancer and their families," said Brown.

'Personal value'

Other garments up for grabs include a jumpsuit Mel B wore at the Spice Girls' first live performance in Birmingham and the suit she was wearing when she met Prince Charles for the first time in 1997.

The sale also features a baby grand piano, a pair of leopard print boots, a harp and a motorbike.

"Every single one of these items has a personal value to me," said the 33-year-old, who is carving out a new career in the US as a TV presenter.

The mother-of-two will be seen next month co-hosting the 13th Mobo Awards at Wembley Arena.

Mel B Serenades Shoppers, Offends Mothers

‘Tis the season for random serenading! And Spice Girl Melanie Brown was spotted with her hubby, singing to shoppers in Selfridge, followed by a trip to Cipriani.

Perhaps she was trying to improve her public image. Apparently there were quite a few mothers at the Spice Girls’ opening night gig in London that didn’t approve of what their children were subjected to, courtesy of Mel.

The 32-year-old “Scary Spice” got a little freaky-deaky on stage with a guy she selected from the audience. Reportedly, she simulated sex with him onstage during her solo number, thrusting her head between his legs and gyrating.

One angry mom told press, “It was disgusting. There were lots of children in the audience, so something this sexual was totally inappropriate. I took my nine-year-old daughter along and how do you explain something like this? She looked more like a stripper than a singer.”

At lease Mel B had one grateful fan that night. The guy she “molested,” 25-year-old Ben Pomeroy, told press, “I was so shocked I don’t really remember it all. She was really nice though, and thanked me afterwards.”

Melanie Brown Gets Support From Her Girls

Yesterday was a big day for “Dancing With The Stars.” They’re in the final round of the season, and the Spice Girls also happened to drop by to support their bandmate Melanie Brown.

Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisholm, Victoria Beckham, and Geri Halliwell all showed up in a black Cadillac Escalade to cheer Brown on.

And it’s looking good for Scary Spice. She emerged with the highest score last night, making her the frontrunner for tonight’s finale.

Brown’s partner, professional dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy, has praised her highly for her improvement over the season. He told press, “She went from somebody who just had rhythm ... to having the guts to come out and do this. She was one of my prize students.”
