British actress Sienna Miller has confirmed her relationship with US actor and millionaire Balthazar Getty is over, and that she is "completely happy" with being single. The couple's relationship was constantly under media scrutiny because Balthazar is married with four children.

The ‘Edge of Love’ actress – who was first linked to the ‘Brothers and Sisters’ star in July – claims she is content being single and has no plans to jump into another relationship in the near future. She said: “I’m single at the moment, and I’m completely happy with that. It’s nice not to have a relationship that people constantly want to scrutinise and discuss. I’m cool with being on my own.”
It was recently claimed the couple’s relationship was going through a rocky patch after Sienna became frustrated with Balthazar’s refusal to move to London and finalise his divorce from estranged wife Rosetta, with who he has four children. At the time, a source said: “They had such an animal attraction in the beginning. Now the dust has settled and they're talking about the future, there are a couple of things they have been rowing about. "As well as the divorce, they are bickering over where they are going to live and Sienna's love of partying. It's tough trying to get a balance."
Sienna further sparked rumours her relationship was over after she spent a wild night partying in London last week. She spent an evening with Leonardo DiCaprio, Josh Hartnett and Olivier Martinez, and didn’t return home until 4am.

British actress Sienna Miller is "devastated" after her alleged lover Balthazar Getty returned to his wife in a bid to save his marriage.
The Brothers + Sisters star, 33, confirmed he had split from his wife Rosetta after photos emerged of him frolicking with a topless Miller on a yacht off Italy's Amalfi coast last month (Jul08).
But according to British newspaper The Daily Mail, Getty has returned to his wife and mother of his four kids, leaving Miller heartbroken.
A source tells the publication, "He... was on the phone to Rosetta on and off for two hours, crying and constantly calling and she finally agreed to let him back in the house.
"In his mind he has definitely dropped Sienna but he's in a very confused state at the moment. His biggest fear is losing his kids."
Getty says, "I can't comment. When I'm ready, I'll issue a statement. It's because of the children.'"
A spokesman for Miller has refused to address the reports.
Taking a holiday from their native Mother England (Rhys is technically Welsh, but you get the idea), Sienna Miller and Rhys Ifans were spotted over the weekend relaxing in Southern California.
The betrothed couple was seen last night enjoying a celebrity favorite - Nobu restaurant. And getting used to the American paparazzi may take awhile, as they piled into their vehicle in an attempt to avoid the shutterbugs.
The day before, Sienna made the most of the Pacific Ocean, frolicking around in the waves and eventually losing her bathing suit top! And while most gals would freak out and scramble to re-cover themselves, Miss Miller played it cool, gradually putting her top back on.
On Friday, the happy couple was spotted making a quick pit stop at a local grocery store prior to heading out to the beach. After all, you gotta keep well-fed and hydrated in the intense SoCal sun.

Actress Sienna Miller today won a High Court order against a photographer who snapped photographs of her undressing during the filming of her latest movie, Hippie Hippie Shake.
Miller, 26, who has already won a £37,500 payout from News Group Newspapers and the Xposure together with an undertaking not to use the pictures again, took action against photographer Warren Richardson over the snaps, taken on the film's closed set on a private estate in Surrey.
Representing her in her privacy claim at London's High Court today, David Sherborne told Mr Justice Eady that Ms Miller was "extremely distressed" by the "highly intrusive" pictures of her removing her clothes and entering a lake.
Arguing that Richardson had no possible defence to the claim for invasion of privacy and breach of confidence, he said they were taken without her consent using a long lens.
He continued: "Her distress was further aggravated, not only by the flagrant disregard of her rights, but the context in which the photos were taken - the constant climate of harassment and intrusiveness which she has had to suffer, particularly from the paparazzi in frightening and relentless attempts to get photos of her, exceeding what could possibly be expected to be tolerated, even given her high profile as an actress."
The judge ruled that it was "entirely appropriate" to make the orders sought against Richardson, who represented himself. He will now have to hand over the photos to Ms Miller.
Mr Richardson may have to pay damages, to be assessed at a later date, and was ordered to foot the bill for the costs of the hearing within four months.
