Sacha Baron Cohen, Nicole Richie – who gave birth to daughter Harlow, her first child with Joel Madden, in January - and mother-of-two Gwen Stefani.

The actress said she was pleased to receive the accolade seven months after giving birth to daughter Nuala.
"I don't know exactly what it means, but being 42 and having just had a baby, I think I'll take it," the actress said.
Halle Berry, who thrilled James Bond fans when she emerged from the waves wearing an orange bikini in Die Another Day, joked: "I've been in the business for more than 20 years, and you decide now, at this particular time, that I'm the sexiest woman alive? Come on. I mean, you couldn't go with the Bond girl year?"
The actress said of having sex in her 40s: "I'll tell you this: I've learned my tricks. I know what I like. I do not wait around. I initiate. And I'm not all about frequency. I favour intensity.
"There have been some men in my life who have been wickedly sex and have taught me much about sexual pleasure. There are a few men I should thank, and others I need to forget. But I don't regret. To hell with regret. I like what I am now. I like being a mother. I like my body better since I became a mother. I feel sexier as a result of becoming a mother."
And she said: "Sexiness is about knowing what's sexy to you. To me, spaghetti is sexy, especially when it's served off the tips of a man's fingers. I like that. And I think wine is sexy, just before sex. It relaxes me. But if I want to get a serious groove on - if I want an out-of-body experience - I'm all about the sloe-gin fizz."
The Oscar-winning star also said she found her boyfriend's car sexy "because it's littered with little bits of his life - his golf balls or his chocolate-bar wrappers - and it's ripe with the smells of him. That's the car I most want to ride in."
She dedicated her award to all women "because every woman is a nominee for it any moment... I figure at one moment the sexiest woman alive is a waitress in Abilene, Texas. And in the very next second, it's a woman in the bush of Vanuatu."
Meanwhile, Berry's partner, model Gabriel Aubry, 32, disclosed that the couple are hoping to have another baby. "Yeah, we are working on that," he told Us Weekly, but added: "We have no plans for marriage. We are more married than ever, really."

Halle Berry Spotted with Baby at Zoo, Sparks Wedding Rumors
lunes, 1 de septiembre de 2008 Publicado por Shujel en 11:43 | Etiquetas: Halle Berry
Halle Berry’s recent trip to a Los Angeles zoo with baby daughter Nahla Ariela has sent rumors swirling that she is engaged to boyfriend Gabriel Aubry. The actress was spotted with a diamond ring on her engagement ring finger as she held Nahla.
The first time mom spent Sunday afternoon at the zoo with her daughter and her mother as well as a security team. Aubry was nowhere in sight.
Berry, 42, and Aubry, 32, began dating on 2005. In September 2007, Berry announced she and Aubry were expecting their first child. The actress gave birth to Nahla on March 16.
Berry has been married twice to Baseball star David Justice and singer Eric Bennett. She has previously expressed her feelings on marriage saying she doesn’t want to ever marry again.
"I never want to be married again. I guess you could say I have bad taste in men. But I no longer feel the need to be someone's wife. I don't feel like I need to be validated by being in a marriage,” she said

Halle Berry pushes back against 'backyard' paps
viernes, 25 de julio de 2008 Publicado por Shujel en 16:39 | Etiquetas: Halle Berry
Halle Berry says a paparazzi photographer went too far to get a shot of the actress holding her infant daughter, trespassing onto her private property and snapping them hanging out in the backyard.
The Oscar-winning actress was upset when pictures of her holding four-month-old Nahla Ariela Aubry showed up on the Internet and in two celebrity magazines. In a statement, Berry disputes the notion that the photos were taken when she was "out and about in Los Angeles."
Evan Spiegel, an attorney representing Berry, said a criminal complaint has been filed and an investigation is under way. He said there are witnesses who saw the photographers in the middle of a "very blatant and invasive trespass."
A person who answered the phone Friday at Fame Pictures, the agency that distributed the photos, said he had no immediate comment.
Besides pursuing criminal charges against the photographer, Berry is seeking to get the photos removed from the Web. In her statement to The Associated Press, Berry said she will never sell pictures of her children.
"I have long since come to terms with the fact that choosing a career as an actress has made me a public figure, but my baby has made no such choice, and unless and until she does, I will do everything I can ... to keep her out of the public eye," the statement read.
The photos, some of which have blurred leaves in the foreground, show Berry holding her daughter, standing near a table in what appears to be a private backyard. Berry's mother is also in some of the pictures.
Berry said she wants anyone who used the photos to know they were illegally obtained.
In Touch Weekly and Life & Style Weekly both published the photos in editions that landed on newsstands this week.
"In Touch Weekly and Life & Style Weekly licensed the photograph of Halle Berry and her baby from an established photo agency. The magazines are not aware that there was anything improper in the taking of this image," a spokesperson for the magazines' publisher, Bauer Publications, wrote in an e-mail.
Berry gave birth to Nahla, her first child, in March. Nahla's father, model Gabriel Aubry, was not seen in the photos.

Halle Berry's Baby Name Unveiled: Nahla Ariela Aubry
miércoles, 19 de marzo de 2008 Publicado por Shujel en 10:33 | Etiquetas: Halle Berry
Unlike some celebrities who made a huge fuss about announcing their newborns' names, actress Halle Berry, who just gave birth to her first child, a baby girl, had no such issues.
As far as celebrity baby names go, Nahla Ariela is not bad at all. According to Pamela Redmond Satran, co-author of The Baby Name Bible, "Nahla is the Arabic word for ‘drink of water,’ and Ariela is related to the Hebrew Ariel, which means ‘lion of god.’"
"We didn't have a name picked out until just before we left the hospital," Halle was quoted by Access Hollywood as saying.
"For us it was hard to name the most important person in our life until we met her."
The 41-year-old "X-Men" star and her boyfriend, model Gabriel Aubry, became the proud parents of Nahla, who was born at 7 pounds & 4 ounces, on Sunday morning.
Halle, who was "doing great" after delivering the baby, has already been released from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
Speaking on the happy event, Aubrey's family is over the mood with the new member joining their clan.
"I was so happy when I found out," Gabriel's sister, Eugenie Aubry, 36, was quoted by People as saying.
"It's been a long time since we've had a new baby in the family," said added. "It's very exciting."
Eugenie, who lives in Montreal, Quebec, also told the magazine that she was pleased Berry had been learning French and said she looked forward to meeting her niece. "I'm a Quebecer, and it's great that she is learning how to speak French," Eugenie said. "I'm glad that the little one will speak French, too."
Aubry expressed himself with no lesser enthusiasm, telling Extra last fall that he had been "in preparation mode" for fatherhood for a while and that he had been studying parenting books.
In the meantime, although the two have made no plans to marry, in an October 2007 interview with Oprah Winfrey, Halle said she and Gabriel are fully committed to each other.
"I feel more married, in a way, than I ever have in two marriages before," she told Oprah. "He really understands the spiritual connection is so much more important than the paper and the pomp and circumstance and the ceremony."

Halle Berry Gives Birth to a Baby Girl

Halle Berry doesn't just play a mom in movies anymore.
The 41-year-old actress had a baby girl Sunday, and "is doing great," her publicist Meredith O'Sullivan told People.com, the Web site of People magazine. It is her first child.
The father is 32-year-old model Gabriel Aubry. The two met while shooting a Versace ad in Los Angeles two years ago.
Berry told Oprah Winfrey on her show last year that playing a mother in her latest movie, "Things We Lost in the Fire," helped convince her that motherhood was for her.
"I think it validated that I was meant to be a mother because every day I dealt with the character as a mother and thinking as a mother," Berry said. "It let me know that I must be a mother."
Berry won the best-actress Oscar for 2001's "Monster's Ball." She also won an Emmy and a Golden Globe for 1999's "Introducing Dorothy Dandridge."
Berry had said she and Aubry don't plan to marry, but feel fully committed to each other.

Getting closer and closer to her due date, Halle Berry was spotted out on a shopping trip to Bristol Farms in Beverly Hills on Monday (March 10).
The Monster’s Ball actress, who wore a comfy purple short sleeve top with sweats, was followed by her grocery toting babydaddy Gabriel Aubry.
In related news, Berry is adding to her impressive resume by signing up to launch her own fragrance with cosmetic company Coty.
The company’s senior vice president of global marketing Steve Mormoris says that they wanted to work with Halle because: “[She] is an iconic actress and symbolizes beauty to many generations.”

Halle Berry gets positive pregnancy test on 36th try
miércoles, 3 de octubre de 2007 Publicado por Shujel en 17:27 | Etiquetas: Halle Berry
Halle Berry's new lucky number is 36 - and it's likely her baby daddy agrees.
It was only on the 36th home pregnancy test that the 41-year-old Oscar-winning actress' dream came true: She was pregnant with her first baby.
"There was a lot of staying home and doing what you do. Like, all the time, around the clock," Berry told talk queen Oprah Winfrey yesterday as she showed off just a hint of a baby bump beneath her flowy black-and-white cocktail dress.
She and very, very lucky boyfriend Gabriel Aubry kept all 35 of the negative home pregnancy tests in a drawer at their house, she revealed.
Twice-married Berry also told Winfrey that while she is madly in love with Aubry, 31, she has no plans to marry the Montreal-born fashion model.
"I feel more married, in a way, than I ever have in two marriages before," she said. "He really understands the spiritual connection is so much more important than the paper and the pomp and circumstance and the ceremony."
Berry, who had resigned herself to having a child on her own before meeting Aubry during a Versace photo shoot two years ago, was previously married to ex-Yankee David Justice and to singer Eric Benet. Berry adopted Benet's teenage daughter India while they were married.
She has admitted she has chosen poorly in the past, saying, "I guess you could say I have bad taste in men. But I no longer feel the need to be someone's wife."
Berry, who is three months along, said she and Aubry don't know whether she's carrying a boy or girl - and she wants to keep it that way.
"There's so few genuine surprises in life anymore that, why not have a huge surprise?" she said. "And I like fantasizing one day it's a girl, one day it's a boy."
Berry also revealed she's not stopping at just one child. "We're hoping, right after this one, to do it again," she said.
