Scroll down now to watch a YouTube clip featuring the song.
The song appeared on file-sharing websites yesterday (January 27) after DJ Envy played it on Hot 97 FM - but it remains to be seen how new it actually is.
Hiphopkings.com reports that the track is a leftover from Jay-Z's 2007 album 'American Gangster', while MTV suggests it is brand new and set to be included on the rapper's long-awaited comeback album, 'The Blueprint 3'.
A number of 'new' tracks by Jay-Z have leaked online in recent months, including 'Swagga Like Us' and 'Jockin' Jay-Z', but it has not been confirmed whether any will appear on 'The Blueprint 3'.
Another new song, 'History', was performed by Jay-Z at President Obama's pre-inauguration ball at Washington DC's Warner Theater on Monday (January 19).

A licence confirming the marriage of Beyonce and Jay-Z has been filed with the authorities in New York, an official has said.
The couple held a lavish party in Manhattan earlier this month, but have refused to confirm that they were celebrating their nuptials.
Donna Conkling, a clerk in the suburb of Scarsdale, said the licence had been received by their offices.
The pair have not publicly acknowledged their liaison, dating back to 2002.
Ms Conkling also confirmed the licence had been signed by the official conducting the ceremony.
White tent
The celebration, which took place at Jay-Z's apartment on 4 April, was attended by actress Gwyneth Paltrow and Destiny's Child stars Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, according to US media reports.
White flowers and silver candelabras were delivered to the building in New York's Tribeca district, while a white tent was set up on the roof.
Knowles, 26, and 38-year-old Jay-Z - real name Shawn Carter - have collaborated musically on singles such as Deja Vu, '03 Bonnie and Clyde and Crazy In Love.
It was recently reported that Jay-Z was in talks with concert promoter Live Nation over a proposed $100m (£50.1m) deal which would cover recording, publishing, live shows and other rights.
He was president of hip-hop record label Def Jam until he stepped down in December, and will headline the Glastonbury festival this summer.

Beyonce and Jay-Z's have tiff?
viernes, 18 de abril de 2008 Publicado por Shujel en 8:29 | Etiquetas: Beyonce, Jay Z
Beyonce and Jay-Z have apparently had a lover's tiff at a Los Angeles party.
The couple - who were allegedly married in a private ceremony in New York on April 4 - fell out during a party at the Hollywood Bowl after Jay-Z pulled their No 1 hit Crazy In Love off the decks half-way through play, according to The Daily Mirror.
The rapper was hosting a gig in support of US presidential candidate Barrack Obama but when the crowd started grooving to Beyonce's hit song he reportedly grabbed the mike and shouted: "F*** that. Sorry Bey but f*** that - let's play something else."
A fellow party-goer told the newspaper: "Beyonce had been side stage for most of the night, dancing and singing along. But when Jay-Z got the song pulled, her mood soured. He meant it as a joke, but Beyonce didn't take it that way and stalked off.
"After he came off stage, she confronted him, demanding to know what the hell his comments had been about. She was gesturing wildly and not looking happy.
"Like any good husband would, Jay-Z grovelled and tried to get out of it with compliments.
"It's a shame because earlier the pair had been flashing their tattooed wedding ring fingers. Both have 'IV' - the date of their 'wedding' - inked on.
"Later peace was restored and they were smiling and holding hands again."

Rihanna Shocked by Jay-Z & Beyoncé's Wedding
viernes, 11 de abril de 2008 Publicado por Shujel en 8:12 | Etiquetas: Beyonce, Jay Z, Rihanna
Like many of Jay-Z and Beyoncé Knowles's friends and colleagues, Rihanna had no idea about the happy couple's hush-hush nuptials last week.
"I didn't know!" Rihanna told PEOPLE at the Escada Moon Sparkle/Island Def Jam benefit for her Believe Foundation and DKMS, the world's largest bone marrow donor center. "No one knew!"
(Although the wedding has not been officially confirmed, sources tell PEOPLE the ceremony did take place April 4 and Knowles has been spotted wearing a huge ring.)
Among those in the audience at Manhattan's Highland Ballroom were L.A. Reid and Rihanna's "friend" Chris Brown. "Chris said it was a good show," the 20-year-old said of her rumored beau. "He really enjoyed it."
After the show, Rihanna met with several young bone marrow transplant patients. "You are so beautiful," she told 15-year-old Camila Mera.

Jay-Z & Beyonce Playing Coy
lunes, 7 de abril de 2008 Publicado por Shujel en 10:40 | Etiquetas: Beyonce, Jay Z
They may be Mr. and Mrs. now, there might be telling signs and speculation but Jay-Z and Beyoncé Knowles have yet to confirm the supposed Friday, April 4, wedding in New York.
After a week of speculation regarding an imminent change of marital status for Beyoncé and Jay-Z, the two musicians apparently wed Friday in New York. The buzz started Tuesday, when People magazine reported the couple had taken out a marriage license in Scarsdale, N.Y., valid for 60 days.
A friend of the couple’s revealed the news to People last week and another friend shared Friday that a very private wedding had taken place: “It happened earlier this evening. Jay wanted it to be a really private affair – close friends and family.”
R’n’B singer Mary J. Blige, who was been touring with Jay-Z on the “Heart of the City” tour, was on stage Saturday, in Greensboro, N.C., when she shouted to the audience: “Congratulations to my man, Jay-Z, and my girl B,” before starting to sing.
Jay-Z did not say a word about his supposed marriage to Beyoncé the previous day and conscientiously stuck to his own performance.
People magazine reports that the small wedding ceremony was followed by a lavish party at the hip-hop mogul’s Tribeca apartment, where family and friends gathered to celebrate the happy occasion.
Beyoncé’s mother Tina Knowles, her father/manager Mathew and her sister Solange were joined by the bride’s Destiny’s Child members Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, and the couple’s friend Gwyneth Paltrow, presumably joined by husband Chris Martin, who collaborated with Jay-Z on his “Kingdom Come” album.
Beyoncé, 26, and Jay-Z, 38, have been together since 2002 and they have managed to keep refreshingly discreet about their relationship. They have also shared their willingness to marry someday.
Beyoncé told InStyle magazine that same year something of the male psychology from her perspective: “You can’t rush a man into anything - whether it’s a relationship, marriage or having children. When he’s ready, he’ll let you know.”
Jay-Z in turn said last September, when asked about plans to marry that it would happen “One day soon — let's leave it at that.”
The honeymoon may have to wait a little, as Jay-Z is busy touring with Mary J. Blige until early May, while Beyoncé is working on a new film, portraying famed blues singer Etta James in the film “Cadillac Records.”

Mary J. Blige's Concert Shout-Out to Jay-Z & Beyoncé
domingo, 6 de abril de 2008 Publicado por Shujel en 12:24 | Etiquetas: Beyonce, Jay Z
Mum was the wedding word from Jay-Z as he hit the stage in North Carolina on Saturday – a day after a friend says he married Beyoncé Knowles – revealing nothing about a ceremony and wearing no ring.
But co-headliner Mary J. Blige on the "Heart of the City" tour couldn't maintain the same level of silence, shouting to the sold-out Greensboro audience: "Congratulations to my man, Jay-Z, and my girl B," before starting her set with "You're All I Need."
Otherwise, it was musical business as usual for Jay-Z, who stuck to the concert script, performing on his own and doing duets with Blige. Beyoncé was nowhere to be seen, and his only reference to her came when he played a few notes of "Crazy in Love," then cut it off, saying, "Sorry, B." But this is something he does at every show.
A couple since 2002, Jay-Z, 38, and Beyonce, 26, have long kept quiet about their relationship, and their reps are still not comfirming a wedding. But a friend tells PEOPLE: "It happened earlier (Friday) evening. Jay wanted it to be a really private affair – close friends and family."
The ceremony was followed by a lavish party at the rapper's Tribeca apartment that drew Beyoncé's mother Tina Knowles, her father/manager Mathew, her sister Solange, her Destiny's Child mates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, and the couple's friend Gwyneth Paltrow.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z Are Married

After years of speculation, singer Beyoncé Knowles wed her longtime boyfriend, rapper Jay-Z, on Friday, a friend of the couple tells PEOPLE.
Though there is no official confirmation, the friend says, "It happened earlier this evening.
The wedding buzz began when the couple went to get a marriage license at a village hall in Scarsdale, N.Y., on Tuesday.
DJ Cassidy, a favorite of Jay-Z, was hired to spin. "Cassidy mentioned a week ago that he was really excited for the Jay Z and Beyoncé's wedding party to happen," says another source.
Early Friday morning, workers erected a white tent atop the building in Tribeca, where Jay-Z owns a penthouse apartment. Not long after, an SUV carrying what seemed to be AV equipment arrived, followed by deliveries of party rentals and flowers.
A source tells PEOPLE that Amy's Orchids was hired to provide 50,000 to 60,000 white orchid blooms from Thailand for a "big party." At the apartment, waiters were seen practicing their service.
A couple since 2002, Jay-Z, 38, and Knowles, 26, always kept quiet about their relationship, even as they were photographed together on romantic holidays around the world.
Still, marriage seemed to be in the cards – eventually. "I never pictured myself as a bride," she told Cosmopolitan in January 2006, "but after my sister's wedding, I did Flowers and candelabras arrive at Jay-Z's New York City home on Friday

Jay-Z to Join Major Live Nation Collaborators
jueves, 3 de abril de 2008 Publicado por Shujel en 9:42 | Etiquetas: Jay Z
Concert promoter Live Nation and rap mogul Jay-Z are on the verge of closing another of those huge partnership deals we have recently been hearing about, the New York Times reports.
Jay-Z is looking to make some changes in his life, it appears. The New York Times is reporting that the superstar rapper plans to part ways with longtime record label Def Jam and join concert promoter Live Nation in a partnership worth roughly $150 million.
The 10-year deal is expected to be finalized this week and will see Live Nation finance future start-up ventures by Jay-Z, which could include his own label, music publishing, and artist consulting and managing, according to the paper.
Called Roc Nation, the partnership could include future touring and certain publishing and licensing rights, the paper said.
Quoting “people in the music industry briefed on the agreement,” the Times adds that the 39-year-old hip-hop artist, whose real name is Shawn Carter, would receive advance payments of $10 million for a minimum of three albums.
Jay-Z stepped down Def Jam Records president last December but is still signed as an artist and owes one more album.
The first collaboration under the new agreement with Live Nation is Jay-Z’s current 28-date tour with Mary J. Blige, called “Heart of the City.”
It was only Monday that Live Nation reached another major agreement with Irish rock band U2 – the 12-year deal will have the concert promoter handle the band’s merchandising, digital and branding rights as well as its touring. The partnership does not include rights to the band’s recordings, which remain with Universal.
Last year, Live Nation signed a previously unheard-of deal with Madonna. The concert promoter and the Queen of Pop reportedly signed a 10-year, $120 million contract in October, under which Madonna would receive cash and stock and give Live Nation exclusive rights to sell three studio albums, promote concert tours, sell her merchandise and license her name.
Madonna’s last album with Warner Bros., “Hard Candy,” will be released at the end of April.

Could a more permanent collaboration be in the works between Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z?
The "Crazy in Love" musical couple reportedly took out a marriage licenese in Scarsdale, New York on Tuesday morning (April 1) reports People
This has created a furor of speculation that they're about to tie the knot. The media will be on high alert ... at least for the next 60 days while the license is valid.
So far, only Knowles' rep has offered up a "No comment" to the news. It's not clear if the date of the purchase, April Fools' Day, holds any significance.
Knowles, 26, and the 38-year-old rapper, born Sean Carter, have kept their romance quiet ever since they started dating in 2002.
Beyond music, Knowles has made a name for herself in the acting world with her big-screen roles in "Austin Powers: Goldmember," "The Fighting Temptations" and "Dreamgirls." She'll play Etta James in the upcoming "Cadillac Records."

Rappers, Preachers and Monkeys At Glastonbury
viernes, 8 de febrero de 2008 Publicado por Shujel en 9:15 | Etiquetas: Jay Z, Music
The headliners for this years Glastonbury Festival have been announced and will see two artists headlining who just can’t seem to quit the music world.
Both The Verve and Jay-Z will be taking one of the headline slots of the festival. The rapper formally announced his retirement from the music business a few years ago, but apparently the lure to work with Linkin Park proved too strong. The Verve likewise split late in the 20th century only to reform in 2007.
Taking the third slot announced thus far will be Kings of Leon, the grandsons of a pentecostal preacher, during their youth the boys toured the country with grandpa Leon as he sought to bring light to peoples eyes. Michael Jackson thought of doing a similar tour of nurseries. Say what you will, he does have a very reflective face.
Other acts already confirmed to play include Neil Diamond, Leonard Cohen and British Sea Power.
Would be festival goers can currently register for tickets on the official Glastonbury website, after which they will be able to attempt ticket purchase on April 6.
