Kim Catrall has confirmed that there will be a sequel to the popular ‘Sex and the City’ movie. The actress, who played Samantha Jones on the TV series and movie, appeared on the Paul O’Grady show when guest host Melanie Brown asked if there will be a sequel.
“Yes, there will,” Catrall, 52, replied.
Sex and the City opened in theaters in 2008 with the series’ original actresses-- Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis, Cynthia Nixon and Catrall – all reprising their roles. The film made $57 million its opening weekend and made a total of $408 million worldwide.
