Australian pop star Natalie Imbruglia has joined a campaign to save her local fire station from closure. The singer is unhappy the branch near her home in Berkshire, England, is set to be shut down at night - so has thrown her weight behind the campaign to keep the station open.
Imbruglia has even written to the firefighters, sending them a signed photo and expressing her support for their work.
The note reads, "To everyone at Windsor fire station. You're a vital part of this community and I fully support your campaign to remain open. All my love, Natalie." The former Neighbours star lives within walking distance of the Windsor Fire Station.
