Lee Ryan arrested

Former Blue star Lee Ryan was arrested on New Year’s Eve after allegedly assaulting a taxi driver on the way to a party in Oxted, Surrey.

The incident is thought to have happened after a minor traffic accident, with the taxi driver radioing his operator, who then called the police.

Lee was taken to a nearby police station and initially detained but was later released on police bail until February, pending further inquiries.
