Jessica Sierra Sex Tape

When the going gets tough…it sometimes gets even tougher, and this seems to be the case with troubled “American Idol” finalist Jessica Sierra, who is now rumored to have made a sex tape that could be distributed by a porn company, according to TMZ.com.

Jessica Sierra, 22, pleaded not guilty Thursday to charges in connection with a weekend brawl with police in Florida. She is being held without bail and will remain in jail at least until her next hearing, scheduled Dec. 20, reports the Associated Press.

The aspiring singer is charged with disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest and violating conditions of her parole in an earlier case of felony battery and drug possession charges. The AP reports that her attorney, John Fitzgibbons, said Thursday he would consult with medical experts to plan a comprehensive drug and alcohol treatment program for Sierra.

While the young woman is behind bars, sobering up and probably contemplating with terror her future, “a major porn company” has reportedly obtained a sex tape featuring the singer and is ready to distribute the material, according to TMZ.com.

The celebrity gossip site adds that its sources claim the video was made earlier this year and will be released before the end of 2007.

Sierra, a top 10 finalist in the 2005 season of “American Idol,” has been in police custody since Dec. 1, when she was arrested in Tampa, Florida, after a drunken confrontation with police officers at a nightclub.

According to reports, the singer proved to be quite a handful, as she resisted arrest, allegedly because she realized this was a violation of her parole. She struggled and she was verbally abusive.

Sierra pleaded no contest in mid-November to charges stemming from another incident which occurred in April, when she reportedly hit a man with a glass on the head. After being taken into custody, police found a small amount of cocaine on her person.

Circuit County Judge Gregory Holder sentenced her on Nov. 19 to 12 months’ probation and random drug screening.

In July, the would-be singer entered a rehabilitation facility that was slated to be the subject of an episode on VH1's upcoming reality show “Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew.”
