FACEBOOK has lost a fan - and a powerful one at that - after Lindsay Lohan was locked out of her own account today.
The 22-year-old told her MySpace fans of her frustrations after her Facebook account had been disabled.
She posted on her MySpace page this blog: "Okay, so I love MySpace, because it is secure, and the people at myspace don't disable your account because they think that you are a fake you.
"Having said that brings me to the subject of my blog ... Facebook allows a lot of posers, I thought maybe they would figure out that the posers of me, (and I am sure others on Facebook) were in fact posers by looking into their accounts, or sending emails to the people that they believed to be "posers" which ask questions. what those questions may be ... I don't know.

Kevin Federline says money was no object in his custody battle with Britney Spears.
Federline tells People magazine he vowed to "spend every last dime" to make sure that sons Sean Preston and Jayden James were OK.
"That's all that mattered. I didn't know how much power Britney had. That really scared me," he says.
Federline and Spears split up in 2006 after two years of marriage. The aspiring rapper later gained custody of their boys as Spears' behavior spiraled downward. Spears has said that things fell apart when Federline began focusing on his rap career. But Federline tells the magazine he was more concerned with the children.
"Not that I ignored Britney, but my kids are always most important," he says.

Fresh from the box-office success of "Twilight," Kristen Stewart is set to portray Joan Jett in "The Runaways," the rock 'n' roll biopic of the 1970s all-girl band.
The Runaways were hugely influential as the first commercially successful all-girl hard rock band; their members included guitarists Jett and Lita Ford, drummer Sandy West, singer-keyboardist Cherie Currie and bassist Jackie Fox. The band was brought together in late 1975 by impresario Kim Fowley, who thought a novelty act of teenage girls performing in leather and lace would be an easy sell. But the girls proved to be serious and influential musicians with songs like "Cherry Bomb." The band lasted about four years, falling apart over management and money issues.
Jett continued her rock career into the '80s, forming the Blackhearts and scoring with such hits as "I Love Rock N' Roll" and "I Hate Myself for Loving You." She continues to record and tour.
The film will revolve around Jett and Currie and follow them from the band's meteoric rise as teenagers to their dissolution and disillusionment.
Video director Floria Sigismondi wrote the screenplay and is directing. Jett will serve as an executive producer.
The filmmakers are eyeing a 2009 start and will work around Stewart's commitments to the two "Twilight" sequels. The first, "New Moon," is expected to shoot in first-quarter 2009, with Stewart reprising her role as Bella, the human who falls for a vampire.
"Twilight" has made more than $120 million since opening November 21.

Actor Patrick Swayze has denied US tabloid reports that he is close to death, calling allegations "shoddy and reckless reporting".
The 56-year-old star said reports that he is "on his last legs and saying goodbye to my tearful family" were "lies and false information".
Swayze, who has been filming a US TV drama, said his pancreatic cancer was "a battle, but so far I'm winning".
He was diagnosed with the disease in March and had rigorous treatment.
In a statement to People magazine, the actor called newspaper stories "the only thorn in my side", and said he was home for the Christmas holidays after filming police series The Beast.
'Lucky few'
US tabloid The National Enquirer reported that Swayze's cancer had spread to his liver.
The Globe ran a photo of the Dirty Dancing star on its front page with the headline "Swayze Deathbed Secret!"
Some US newspapers initially reported that Swayze had weeks to live when his diagnosis became public in March.
But he returned to work and was able to complete 12-hour days due to his treatment programme.
Swayze said that he was one of the "lucky few" that responds to treatment for the illness.
But he added: "Pancreatic cancer is an aggressive disease and from the moment I was diagnosed, I knew I was in for the fight of my life."
Pancreatic cancer is one of the most virulent forms of cancer which medicals experts say has a 5% five-year survival rate.

Odetta, the folk singer with the powerful voice who moved audiences and influenced fellow musicians for a half-century, has died. She was 77.
Odetta died Tuesday of heart disease at Lenox Hill Hospital, said her manager of 12 years, Doug Yeager. She was admitted to the hospital with kidney failure about three weeks ago, he said.
In spite of failing health that caused her to use a wheelchair, Odetta performed 60 concerts in the last two years, singing for 90 minutes at a time. Her singing ability never diminished, Yeager said.
"The power would just come out of her like people wouldn't believe," he said.
With her booming, classically trained voice and spare guitar, Odetta gave life to the songs by workingmen and slaves, farmers and miners, housewives and washerwomen, blacks and whites.
First coming to prominence in the 1950s, she influenced Harry Belafonte, Bob Dylan, Joan Baez and other singers who had roots in the folk music boom.
An Odetta record on the turntable, listeners could close their eyes and imagine themselves hearing the sounds of spirituals and blues as they rang out from a weathered back porch or around a long-vanished campfire a century before.
"What distinguished her from the start was the meticulous care with which she tried to re-create the feeling of her folk songs; to understand the emotions of a convict in a convict ditty, she once tried breaking up rocks with a sledge hammer," Time magazine wrote in 1960.
"She is a keening Irishwoman in `Foggy Dew,' a chain-gang convict in `Take This Hammer,' a deserted lover in `Lass from the Low Country,'" Time wrote.
Odetta called on her fellow blacks to "take pride in the history of the American Negro" and was active in the civil rights movement. When she sang at the March on Washington in August 1963, "Odetta's great, full-throated voice carried almost to Capitol Hill," The New York Times wrote.
She was nominated for a 1963 Grammy awards for best folk recording for "Odetta Sings Folk Songs." Two more Grammy nominations came in recent years, for her 1999 "Blues Everywhere I Go" and her 2005 album "Gonna Let It Shine."
In 1999, she was honored with a National Medal of the Arts. Then-President Bill Clinton said her career showed "us all that songs have the power to change the heart and change the world."
"I'm not a real folksinger," she told The Washington Post in 1983. "I don't mind people calling me that, but I'm a musical historian. I'm a city kid who has admired an area and who got into it. I've been fortunate. With folk music, I can do my teaching and preaching, my propagandizing."
Among her notable early works were her 1956 album "Odetta Sings Ballads and Blues," which included such songs as "Muleskinner Blues" and "Jack O' Diamonds"; and her 1957 "At the Gate of Horn," which featured the popular spiritual "He's Got the Whole World in His Hands."
Her 1965 album "Odetta Sings Dylan" included such standards as "Don't Think Twice, It's All Right," "Masters of War" and "The Times They Are A-Changin'."
In a 1978 Playboy interview, Dylan said, "the first thing that turned me on to folk singing was Odetta." He said he found "just something vital and personal" when he heard an early album of hers in a record store as a teenager. "Right then and there, I went out and traded my electric guitar and amplifier for an acoustical guitar," he said.
Belafonte also cited her as a key influence on his hugely successful recording career, and she was a guest singer on his 1960 album, "Belafonte Returns to Carnegie Hall."
She continued to record in recent years; her 2001 album "Looking for a Home (Thanks to Leadbelly)" paid tribute to the great blues singer to whom she was sometimes compared.
Odetta's last big concert was on Oct. 4 at San Francisco's Golden Gate Park, where she performed in front of tens of thousands at the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass festival, Yeager said. She also performed Oct. 25-26 in Toronto.
Odetta hoped to sing at the inauguration of President-elect Barack Obama, though she had not been officially invited, Yeager said.
Born Odetta Holmes in Birmingham, Ala., in 1930, she moved with her family to Los Angeles at age 6. Her father had died when she was young and she took her stepfather's last name, Felious. Hearing her in glee club, a junior high teacher made sure she got music lessons, but Odetta became interested in folk music in her late teens and turned away from classical studies.
She got much of her early experience at the Turnabout Theatre in Los Angeles, where she sang and played occasional stage roles in the early 1950s.
"What power of characterization and projection of mood are hers, even though plainly clad and sitting or standing in half light!" a Los Angeles Times critic wrote in 1955.
Over the years, she picked up occasional acting roles in TV and film. None other than famed Hollywood columnist Hedda Hopper reported in 1961 that she "comes through beautifully" in the film "Sanctuary."
In the Washington Post interview, Odetta theorized that humans developed music and dance because of fear, "fear of God, fear that the sun would not come back, many things. I think it developed as a way of worship or to appease something. ... The world hasn't improved, and so there's always something to sing about."
Odetta is survived by a daughter, Michelle Esrick of New York City, and a son, Boots Jaffre, of Fort Collins, Colo. She was divorced about 40 years ago and never remarried, her manager said.
A memorial service was planned for next month, Yeager said.

Britney Spears is definitely back among the highlights of the music industry. The controversial pop star, who in recent years has earned more headlines for her personal life than for her musical endeavors, will try to pop up her career with the release of her sixth studio album, "Circus," follows last year's "Blackout." Spears reportedly plans to support the new album with a spring tour. The arena trek would be her first since her 2004 outing, which reportedly grossed more than $30 million.
Along with her flourishing music career, the singer also opened up during some interviews unveiled this weekend. In "For the Record," a documentary that aired on MTV on Sunday night, the pop singer finally talked about her recent life in the spotlight. "I have good days and I have bad days," she said. "Sometimes it's too much."
However we cannot say that we got to know or even understand her better, despite the sincerity this documentary had promised. We found out she is somewhat bored, lonely, afraid to trust others, that she was involved with "bad people," that she wishes she had just gone back to Louisiana after her split from Kevin Federline and that she loves her babies, both of whom are still in her ex's custody. The documentary followed Britney Spears over a period of sixty-days. While it was marketed as a “nothing is off limits” peek into her personal life, one which would provide insight into the troubled mind responsible for the last few years of Spears madness, it was clearly more of a promotional tool.
In other words the whole point of the documentary was to underline the hidden metaphor behind the title of Britney’s latest album, “Circus.” Is it our turn now to feel a bit sorry for her and her cruel life?
Moreover looking back at what she described as a "hell of a year," Britney Spears told Glamour magazine. The back-on-top pop princess is on the cover of Glamour magazine with a hot new body and her new album has received positive early reviews.
"I have had to work hard at getting [my body] back to where it used to be," Spears tells Glamour in its January issue. "I used to be obsessed with working out ... But I can't get motivated right now because I'm so focused on my music." Still, Spears, who will turn 27 on Tuesday, says that with her efforts comes a new appreciation for her body. "Recently I started to appreciate my body a bit more from before I had kids," the singer says.
Thus Britney got another chance to talk about her two children and about how much they changed her life. The singer says she likes being home and spending time with her sons, Preston, 3, and Jayden, 2. "As a mother, the one thing that always goes through your head is, 'You're never enough. You never can be enough – or do enough – for your kids,'" she says. "It's a never-ending issue for me. I had to learn: Don't beat yourself up so much ... You have to take it one day at a time, do the best that you can and enjoy yourself.
She also wishes for them to have a normal life, and be able to offer them a father figure sometime in the future.

Brad Pitt has some strong words for the paparazzi.
In an interview on NBC's "Today" show, Pitt said: "Let me be very blunt: I hate them. I hate these people. I don't understand ... that they do that for a living."
Pitt said there should be laws against celebrity photographers who "climb over your walls wearing camouflage and calling out your kids' names as you're trying to take them to school."
The actor appeared Tuesday to talk about his humanitarian work in New Orleans, but the conversation turned to his famous family. Pitt said he doesn't like talking about Angelina Jolie and their six children.

William Balfour is in custody for killing the Oscar winner's mother, brother and nephew.
The October slayings of Jennifer Hudson's family has resulted in the arrest of her brother-in-law.
William Balfour, who had been held on suspicion of a parole violation, was taken back into custody on Monday, Dec. 1 in Illinois' Cook County for the October killings of the Oscar winner's mother, brother and nephew, report news sources.
Balfour, 27, is the estranged husband of the "American Idol" finalist's sister Julia Hudson. It is believed that on Oct. 24, she had called Balfour to discuss a financial matter. While she was at work, he then allegedly went to her home where he shot and killed Hudson's mother Donell Donerson, 57, and brother Jason Judson, 29.
Julia Hudson's 7-year-old son, Julian King, went missing from the home, and his body, dead of gunshot wounds, was found three days later in the backseat of an abandoned SUV.
After the bodies of the victims were first discovered, Balfour was immediately taken in as a suspect in the killings but was transferred to a state facility for a parole violation for a 1999 conviction for attempted murder. He has yet to be charged.
Hudson, who won an Oscar for her supporting role in "Dreamgirls" and currently stars in "The Secret Life of Bees," also had offered a $100,000 reward for the return of her nephew. She became engaged last month on her 27th birthday to David Otunga, better known as "Punk" from the second season of the reality dating show "I Love New York."

Following the much talked about 2001 shoplifting incident, Winona Ryder has entered the public eye again due to an alleged jewelry theft. A Bulgari bracelet and ring that she had borrowed for an event organized by Marie Claire magazine have gone missing. The 37-year-old actress wore the $124,000 worth of jewelry items on November 20 in Madrid, at a photo shoot for the publication.
When Winona Ryder left the Spanish hotel where she had stayed, the pieces of jewelry disappeared. However, the story is not as clear as it may seem. According to TMZ.com, the “Reality Bites” star announced that the diamond-encrusted bracelet and ring went missing after she had checked out of the hotel, leaving the blings in her hotel room so that a Marie Claire member of staff would pick them up.
On the other hand, consistent with a report by French celebrity magazine Voici, Winona Ryder claimed that she had handed the jewels to the receptionist of the hotel for safekeeping. However, hotel management denies all allegations, saying they had not been given the jewels and that no surveillance footage showed the actress leaving the diamonds at the hotel’s front desk.
Recently, Winona Ryder fell ill while she was flying to London, thus forcing the plane to land immediately. Although she was hospitalized and subsequently released, the cause of her illness was not disclosed.
On December 12, 2001, the actress was arrested on shoplifting charges in Beverly Hills, California, after allegedly stealing from a Saks Fifth Avenue store $5,500 worth of designer clothes and accessories. One year later, she was sentenced to three years’ probation, 480 hours of community service, $3,700 in fines and $6,355 in restitution.
