Jennifer Aniston's dreams of having 's***-loads of fun' as a future Bond Girl took a step closer to reality after producers offered her a screen test to the follow up to Quantum of Solace starring Daniel Craig as 007.

An insider at EON productions behind the Bond movies, reportedly said: 'Jennifer has all the qualities we are looking for in a Bond girl. She has to be beautiful but she also needs to have brains.

'It helps if she's athletic and able to keep up with intense stunt work a Bond movie demands.

'It is likely she'll be called in to meet producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson soon.'

The call-up comes after the Friends star, 40, recently confessed: 'I get offered funny, quirky, pretty roles. But I'd love to do an action movie. James Bond - glamour. Daniel Craig. S***-loads of fun.'

Meanwhile, former Bond star Sir Roger Moore said he doesn't rate the last Bond film Quantum of Solace.

The 82-year-old told Absolute Radio's Who's Calling Christian competition: 'I enjoy Daniel Craig, I think he's a damn good Bond but the film as a whole, there was a bit too much flash cutting for me.'

'I thought Casino Royale was better. It was just like a commercial of the action. There didn't seem to be any geography and you were wondering what the hell was going on but there you are, call me old fashioned and an old fuddy duddy!'
