Will Bale’s Anger Moment Affect His Future Oscar Consideration?

Apparently, Christian Bale is unable to control his temper or at least proved so by getting himself involved in a not so pleasant incident once again.

A recording that was released on cyberspace on Tuesday showed the 35-year-old “The Dark Knight” star verbally assaulting the director of photography of “Terminator: Salvation,” the actor’s upcoming film. The tape captures the actor, who is best known for his portrayal of Batman in the Christopher Nolan-helmed productions, swearing and yelling at Shane Hurlbut because the latter had allegedly interrupted a very important scene of the sci-fi film.

Throughout the tirade, the member of the film crew is criticized for “walking around in the background” and thus breaking off a scene between Christian Bale’s persona, John Connor, and the character’s wife, played by Bryce Dallas Howard.

Christian Bale can be heard on the tape demanding the film’s director of photography to leave the set. “You and me, we’re done professionally,” the much talked about recording captures the actor saying. In spite of the fact that the F-word filled insults last for more than three minutes, the film’s associate producer, Bruce Franklin, defended the star by telling E! Online that the scene had really been the “most emotional” moment in the entire production.

This is not Christian Bale’s first anger-related problem, as the star was arrested in July for allegedly assaulting his mother and sister. In addition, the actor’s temper may actually have a strong impact on his future Academy Award consideration.
