Reps Deny J.Lo and Marc Anthony Split Rumors

Jennifer Lopez and her hubby, fellow singer Marc Anthony, aren’t splitting after all. Or at least this is what they want us to believe.

J.Lo’s representative, Leslie Zelnik, informed E! News on Monday that the celebrity couple was not planning to make any breakup announcement and that there was “no merit to the article” claiming such news. A spokesman for Marc Anthony also denied the rumors.

Following the buzz surrounding the potential imminent divorce of the pair, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony left for San Juan, Puerto Rico, in order to spend quality time together. According to E! News, the two got together with friends and family a couple of days ago and had dinner at a hip, fashionable restaurant in the old-town area of San Juan.
The spot’s general manager told the source that the stars “looked very happy,” as they seemed to enjoy every second of the reunion.

Earlier this week, the New York Daily News reported that J.Lo and Marc Anthony, who have been married for approximately four years and are the parents of 10-month-old twins, intended to make their impending divorce public immediately after the gig Marc Anthony is due to hold at Madison Square Garden on February 14.

The publication cited a source as saying that their marriage had been on the rocks “for a while now” and that hey had planned to make a “bittersweet farewell.”

If the report proves to be true, it would not be the first announcement J.Lo makes during a concert, as she said during a 2007 Miami gig that she was pregnant. Twins Max and Esme are the couple’s only children.
