Amy Winehouse looks a picture of health as she soaks up the sun on a Caribbean holiday.

The troubled singer looked happy and carefree as she lounged in a luminous yellow bikini and denim shorts by the poolside of her hotel in St Lucia.

Back to a healthy weight, Amy's clear skin and shiny hair are in stark contrast to snaps back in London showing her looking haggard and dangerously frail.

The picture comes after revelations by former lover Alex Haines, who claimed the Rehab singer smoked crack for breakfast and was addicted to sex.

He also revealed how self-harming was her "favourite pastime" and that she had confessed to him that she had suffered from bulimia for years.

“It was like having my own little porn star. Amy was so dirty—she wanted sex all the time. We did it four or five times a day and she'd even wake me up for it. She was addicted to sex like she was to drugs,” he told the News of the World.

The couple got together while Amy's husband Blake Fielder-Civil, was in jail ealier this year.
