Amy Winehouse has tried to get around a ban on her borrowing designer dresses from Harvey Nichols in London’s Knightsbridge – by pretending they are for her goddaughter.
Amy, 25 – barred from borrowing clothes after causing damage estimated at £25,000 – got 12-year-old singing sensation Dionne Bromfield to call in for outfits.
My source says: ‘When Dionne sang at a recent ball she wore a beautiful loaned red dress. Amy tried to borrow more dresses by saying they were for Dionne – but the store found out and didn’t send them. Amy went ballistic.’
