Amber Arpaio Sues Spitzer Call Girl Ashley Dupre

A New Jersey woman is suing the call girl in the middle of New York Governor Elliot Spitzer’s sex scandal. Amber Arpaio is suing Ashley Dupre claiming the call girls used her lost driver’s license to appear in a ‘Girls Gone Wild’ video.

Arpaio filed the lawsuit this month. She is seeking unspecified monetary compensation for defamation and invasion of privacy.

Dupre said she was only 17 when she wanted to appear in the ‘Girls Gone Wild’ video. GGW founder Joe Francis said Dupre identified herself as Amber Arpaio in order to be in the film.

Arpaio is also suing Francis.
