Candice Crawford: Brother ‘OK’ with Carrie Underwood Spilt

Candice Crawford said her brother, ‘Gossip Girl’ star Chace Crawford, is doing “OK” after his split from American Idol champ Carrie Underwood. Chace’s little sister, who will soon compete as Miss Missouri in the Miss USA pageant, admits that the actor is upset about the breakup.

“He’s doing okay through this whole ordeal. He was upset about the breakup. It’s always hard when you lose a relationship,” Candice told People magazine. “Chace will get through it. We love Carrie, too. They’re dolls and they’ll both do well.”

After the couple’s breakup, Chace faced rumors that he was gay. The 23-year-old was said to be dating former N’ Sync singer JC Chasez. They both denied the reports, saying they were friends and were both "straight."
