Michelle Rodriguez was just released from jail, the actress announced on her website.
The hollywood actress was sentenced to 180 days in jail for violating an extended probation term for several driving offences
but she was released Wednesday night after serving just 17 days.
A History OF DUI
In May 2006, Rodriguez - who played Ana-Lucia in hit TV show ‘Lost’ - served just four hours and 20 minutes of a two-month sentence at Lynwood for violating probation terms of a DUI arrest in Hawaii in December 2005. Her early release was a result of over-crowing at the prison.
In June 2004, Rodriguez was placed on three years probation after pleading no contest to DUI and driving with a suspended licence following two separate incidents in Hollywood dating back to 2003.
