The Sex and The City movie sequel is apparently going ahead, according to sources.
E! Online reports that Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kim Cattrall and Kristin Davis have all signed up to appear in a second instalment of the chick flick. Writer director Michael Patrick King is also said to be on board.
"Everything was finalised yesterday afternoon," a source told the website.
However, the script for the movie, which has been slated for a summer 2010 release, has yet to be written, although sources say it is likely to begin shooting this summer.
Last year's movie version of the HBO series opened with almost $58 million in ticket sales, making it a massive hit.
Representatives for the stars and the studio did not immediately comment.
