Jennifer Garner Now Mother of Two Girls

Tuesday, actress Jennifer Garner gave birth to her second daughter in Los Angeles, as People magazine has reported.

Quoting a spokesperson, People also stated that the baby girl, whose name remains yet undisclosed, was healthy, but no other pieces of information were given out.

Jennifer Garner and husband Ben Affleck also have a 3-year-old daughter named Violet.

The two actors, both 36 years old, started dating in 2004, one year after having appeared alongside each other in the movie „Daredevil” and they got married in June 2005.

Later that year in December, Garner gave birth to the couple’s first child, while this August, the arrival of a second baby was confirmed by the actress.

Jennifer Garner is best known for her portrayal of CIA agent Sydney Bristow in the “Alias” TV show, whereas her big-screen works include “Dude, Where’s My Car?,” “13 Going 30,” “Catch Me If You Can,” “Elektra,” “The Kingdom” and “Juno.” In the latter, released in 2007, she played Vanessa Loring, a well-to-do woman who wants to become an adoptive mother.

On October 19, 2000, Garner married actor Scott Foley, whom she had met on the set of the “Felicity” TV show back in 1998, but the couple got divorced only 4 years later, in March 2004.

Academy-Award winning Ben Affleck- for his screenplay in “Good Will Hunting”-rose to fame in the mid 1990s and has since become a household Hollywood name, having starred in movies such as „Armageddon,” „Pearl Harbor,” „Changing Lanes” and „The Sum of All Fears.”
