Britney Spears fights off the flab to reveal super toned tum

New pictures of a streamline Britney Spears, showing off a super toned stomach have been released by the singer.

The 27-year-old triumphantly showed off her sexy washboard physique as new 'behind the scenes' pictures were released on her official website.

Dressed in a multi-coloured bikini top, Britney looked like she was back to her svelte teenage days.

Gone is the tubby tummy which came to characterise the singer as she spiralled into her well documented breakdown.

Barely working up a sweat, fit Britney checks herself out in the studio mirror to make sure her new appearance is on song.

She is now undertaking a gruelling rehearsals as she plans for her 'world tour'.

Insiders say she is so determined to impress in the UK that she has sent spies to check out the O2 dome so she can plan her show in every detail.

In December she was hit with a wave of criticism after appearing on The X Factor. Britney mimed her song and gave a cringing interview to host Dermot O'Leary.

But now Britney looks more than ready for the test as she leads her own troop of professional dancers in the pictures.

The 27-year-old begins her world tour in the spring and has eight London dates scheduled at London's O2 Arena in June.

Fans on her website seemed impressed with the images. One said: "Wow Britney This looks like it is going to be great!!'

While another wrote: "LOVe u (sic) Brit Brit! can't wait to see ya in April!'
