Blake files to divorce Amy Winehouse

Jailbird Blake Fielder-Civil has filed to divorce sun-loving wife Amy Winehouse from his prison cell.

The jailed thug is reportedly filing on the grounds of adultery after being shown pictures of the star cavorting in the Caribbean with hunky rugby ace Josh Bowman.

Celebrity lawyer Henri Brandman claims Blake will go for half of Wino's fortune and could claim up to £10million.

Meanwhile, the singer has been visited by father Mitch in St Lucia, who has flown out to comfort her after 21-year-old Bowman left the island.

Winehouse, who declares her infatuation for acting hopeful Josh has turned her life around, was seen kissing him goodbye as he left the Le Sport resort on a mini-bus.
