Britney Spears' ex Jason Alexander headed to jail

Britney Spears and Amy Winehouse should write a book on how to pick quality husbands.

Just like Winehouse's husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, Britney's ex Jason Alexander is headed back to the slammer for violating a court order.

Alexander, whom Brit wed in a quicky Vegas ceremony in 2004, was busted for DUI in 2006 and ordered to complete an alcohol education program.

Part of the program includes a fun-filled visit to the local morgue, but upon learning Alexander skipped his first two appointments, a judge has now tossed him back in the pokey.

He is scheduled for release on Dec. 9.
