It appears that the young singer (28) has reconciled with her 38 year old ex boyfiend Ed Simons after both changed their facebook status to 'in a relationship', before being bombarded with messages of congratulations from friends and colleagues.
"We knew it! What a hullaballoo," gushed Glastonbury organiser Emily Eavis in a message posted on the website.
The pair have been spotted in each others company on many occasions in recent weeks, including a shopping expedition to choose utensils for Lily's new house. The pair were also spending a lot of time together at the Glastonbury Festival where SImon reportedly comforted Allen following the death of her grandmother.
A source close to the couple told "The Sun" newspaper:"Ed was there for Lily when she really needed him and that has brought them closer together. They have decided to give it another go."
Lily's new album whose working title is "Stuck on the Naughty Step" is due for release next year.
