Lily Allen landed herself in trouble at a Los Angeles hotel after staff ordered her to stop her late night partying.

Staff at the exclusive Chateau Marmont hotel told the 'Smile' hitmaker to shut down her impromptu party at her rented bungalow after other guests complained about the noise.

A source reveals, "Lily invited a group of eight people she met at a restaurant back to her bungalow at 1am. They were playing music until around 4am, when the hotel called and asked Lil to turn it down."

"And she did - five bottles of wine, a bottle of vodka and champagne later."

Meanwhile, Lily, 23, says she has now moved out of the bungalow.

She writes on her MySpace blog, "Today was a studio day, got up this morning and trained with my new trainer Bobby for an hour or so then packed up our stuff and moved out of our bungalow: (a) It was too expensive for us and b) we didn't need all that space, so were (sp) now in another room which is [a] suite.

"I have to actually walk up stairs to get to my room. However, the view is cool looking all the way down Sunset."
