Sara Dhada dumped from The Apprentice

Sara Dhada claims she was used as a "scapegoat" on 'The Apprentice'.

The car saleswoman - who was fired by Sir Alan Sugar on last night's show (14.05.08) after her team failed in the wedding task - felt targeted by her fellow contestants and knew they didn't like her.

She said: "It was always very difficult for me because when you're working with people who like you they will not use you as a scapegoat and that was my problem.

"I wasn't liked so they ganged up on me and always blamed me when things when wrong."

During last night's challenge, Sara's team, led by Helene Speight, failed to sell any of the wedding cakes they had on their stall and could only shift a few of the medium-priced coloured dresses they had chosen.

The other team went for the higher-priced gowns by designer Ian Stewart and Sara thinks this is where project manager Helene went wrong.

She told BANG Showbiz: "The reason we lost was because of poor product choice and that blame has to be placed on Helene. I wanted to go for the Ian Stewart dresses but she went for the tacky outfits and I think Helene should have been sacked for that.

"But again she used me as a scapegoat because I couldn't sell any cakes, which was extremely hard to do when they cost more than the dresses."
