Paris Hilton paid $150k to appear at London nightclub

Paris Hilton was paid $150,000 just to make an appearance at trendy London nightclub Mahiki on Monday night — and arrived 2 hours late!

The socialite 27, turned up to the Mayfair club — a favorite haunt of Prince Harry’s — with boyfriend Benji Madden, drunk cocktails, done a DJ spot and then left after only 50 minutes.

She didn’t arrive at the club until 1.40am — and its bosses were frantically ringing her to see where she was — because she was having her hair and nails done and was sleeping because she was tired after all her traveling.

Paris certainly made the most of what little time she spent at Mahiki. After downing champagne, the hotel heiress demanded the $200 Treasure Chest cocktail — a brandy and peach liqueur, topped with champagne and served in a chest.

Benji, however, remained un-fazed by his girlfriend’s behavior.

“She’s very warm and sweet,” he said of Paris. And when asked if he thought she was a diva, he said, “I have never met that Paris Hilton. I have never seen that side of her.

“She is actually very different. She is very sweet and caring. I have never heard her talk about money or her background or showing off. She is actually very down-to-earth.”
