Steve-O arrested on vandalism charges

Jackass star Steve-O has reportedly been arrested on vandalism charges - after allegedly smashing holes in his Los Angeles apartment building.

Celebrity website TMZ.com said the London-born stuntman, 33, was “breaking holes” in the walls of his home when a neighbor complained.

The neighbor called the police - and held the movie star under citizen’s arrest until they arrived, sources said.

Steve-O - real name Stephen Glover - shot to fame doing daredevil stunts on the MTV television show, Jackass.

In May 2003 he was jailed in Sweden on marijuana and ecstasy possession charges, while in July of that year he was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct for urinating on potato chips during a music tour in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania.

TMZ reported that Glover was being held this morning at the Los Angeles Police Department’s [LAPD] Hollywood station, waiting to be booked.

A spokesman for the LAPD had no immediate comment this morning.
