Co-stars and lovers Hayden Panettiere, 18, and Milo Ventimiglia, 30, have seemed to put their relationship on pause.

Since going public on a date to the movies last month - holding hands and everything - the pair have not been seen together.

And, instead of celebrating Valentine's Day with Milo, Hayden went out to dinner with her family, including her sexy beast of a mother, Lesley.

It's probably best that have taken down things a notch. Their relationship was just a little bit.
