Jamie Spears' mother cashes in on her daughter's pregnancy

Jamie Lynn Spears' mother, Lynne, cashed in on her teenage daughter's pregnancy, selling the exclusive story to OK! magazine for $1 million.

Not only did OK! get the story on Jamie Spears pregnancy, but they have an option on snapping the first pictures of the 16-year-old's baby when it's born.

Jamie Spears, the younger sister of Britney Spears, became pregnant from an affair with 18-year-old boyfriend, Casey Aldridge, who has dropped out of the publicity scene surrounding Jamie's pregnancy, but her mother saw dollars from day one and swooped in for the kill, or I should say buck.

Lynne Spears gets a cut of everything her teenage daughter earns, which is a pretty good paycheck for the star of Nickelodeon's Zoey 101, which ends its third season next week. Apparently Jamie's father, who works as a chef, is furious with his ex-wife for taking advantage of their daughter's situation. Some tabloids have painted her dad into a corner saying his displeasure is not with Lynne Spears but the fact that he's not getting a cut of the income - which is totally the opposite, Jamie Spears is mad because his teenage daughter is pregnant and thinks it awful that her mother would profit by it.

Jamie's sister Britney isn't happy with mommy dearest either. Apparently, the news of Jamie's pregnancy was kept secret due to the terms of the OK! magazine deal so the Hollywood gossip rag would be able to break the news first! Now I see where Britney gets her frustration from. Perhaps she's not as loony as one would think but was driven to the edge, or exploited at an early age, by her mother and now she's watching the same thing happen to Jamie.
