Kidman feared for her life on at least two occasions, in which Fawcett pursued her across her hometown.
Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman told a Sydney Court that she and her husband Urban were followed by paparazzo Jamie Fawcett during their honeymoon and last year’s Christmas.
Kidman told the court of being "really, really scared" when she was pursued by a local paparazzo while being driven around Sydney, news.co.au quoted.
She said her driver, John Manning, told her they were being followed by photographer Jamie Fawcett and another car.
"He said that they were driving crazy and that they had run red lights and jumped the median strip," the website quoted her saying to the court.
Fairfax media, publisher the Sun-Herald newspaper, which is contesting a NSW Supreme Court finding that a January 2005 article defamed Fawcett had asked the actress to present evidence against the photographer.
Her father, Dr Antony Kidman, and her publicist Wendy Day, have told the court previously that Kidman feared for her life on at least two occasions, in which Fawcett pursued her across her hometown.
