Britney Spears Regains Custody Of Kids

Britney Spears has regained visitation rights to her sons, it was reported Saturday.

The pop star was spotted driving with her children in Studio City, in her white Mercedes convertible, which was decorated with pumpkins on the dashboard, according to People Magazine.

Someone presumed to be a court-appointed monitor was in the front seat, and her sons, Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, were in the back.

On Wednesday, Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon temporarily suspended her visitation rights.

A source close to Spears told People the judge removed her rights because she was unreachable by a cell phone designated for court-related scheduling.

Thursday, Mark Vincent Kaplan, an attorney for Spears' ex-husband and the father of their children, Kevin Federline, said he expected Spears would get her visitation rights restored soon because "she has complied with the part of the order (causing the suspension)," People reported.

Spears and Federline due in court for their next hearing on Oct. 26.
